Path of Champions Sponsorship
Sponsoring a Path of Champions course sign is a great way to show your support for those in the bleeding disorder community. You can do so by using the online golf registration form on the Tee Off 4 Hemophilia page and in the Sponsorship section choose Path of Champions. Or, you can download and print a Path of Champions Form (145K PDF) and mail it to us.
