MembershipEvery organization needs money to thrive. Membership dues are very important to a not-for-profit organization. We have over 400 members who are on our mailing list. On average, fewer then 100 of these members pay their annual dues. How YOU Can Become A MemberTo join the Gateway Hemophilia Association and take advantage of some of the great benefits we offer to our members, please fill out and mail the Membership Form (97 KB pdf), and $25 to the address below. If you are unable to pay the dues for any reason, or cannot pay the full amount, please write a short hardship note requesting that they be waived, or that you are submitting a lesser amount.
